1) We use a Hi-Intensity Ultra Violet Light to locate exactly where the pet has had an accident.

2) We flush the area with soft water adding acidic fabset to neutralize the urine. This breaks down the alkaline urine crystals to their original state. We make sure to get through the backing of the carpet, pad and straight to the sub-floor and then extracting with the water claw.

3) We flush the area with fresh water being sure to remove any residue and left over urine using the water claw.

4) We then flush the area with a premium odor neutralizer specifically designed for treating pet urine without damaging the carpet fibers (proven strong enough to remove vomit, decay, skunk and fox urine which is the most potent) getting through to the sub-floor and extracting with the water claw.

5) High velocity blowers help to promote quick drying time.

6) We follow up the next day at no extra charge to you and apply a topical treatment with our premium odor counteractant and address any staining problems. This allows us to do a final inspection and make sure you are completely satisfied.
