A night of entertaining turned out wonderful even with a full
glass of red wine (Merlot, I think) spilled on the carpet. How? Carpet Care and Repair have been cleaning our carpets
for at least three years. Cheri & Steve had just put down a premium carpet protector and left me a bottle of their wonderful
spot cleaner (I use it all the time for small stains from our dog, etc). That night after dinner we were having wine and one
of our friends accidentlly spilled a full glass of red wine on the carpet. I immediately sprang for my spot remover and applied
the spot cleaner on the red wine stain until low & behold, the STAIN CAME OUT!! Between Carpet Care and Repair's protector

I have been very impressed with the carpet care that Heller Carpets has provided for me. I have had them install new carpet, treat carpet that has been damaged by flooding, and clean my carpets. When our basement flooded, I called them in the morning and they were at my house the same day treating my carpet, and proceeded to follow up for several days. Every time I have had them clean my carpets, they make them look new. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns about my carpets. I have used other big name carpet cleaners who said it would be a certain price, but by the time they leave I paid 2 or 3 times more than the estimate and weeks later, any spots I had before the cleaning were back again. When Steve cleaned my carpets it was so much better. The carpets looked like new and stayed looking great. Steve was honest and reasonable. He really knows a lot about carpets. He also came quickly when we had some flood damage. He was honest about what needed to be replaced and what could be saved. I have recommended him to my mom who had him clean and stretch her carpets and she was very impressed with his work as well. I have and will continue to recommend his services to all my friends. I was surprised that the other carpet cleaning services seem to be skipping some steps. Steve uses a 13 Step Carpet Cleaning Experience. Which include, pre-inspection, H.E.P.A. High Efficiency Pre-vacuum, Furniture Moving, Pre-spot, Pre-spray, Pre-grooming, Low Moisture High Heat Soil Extraction with Soft Rinse, Neutralizer (PH balanced), post-spot, protector, Post Groom, Speed dry (high velocity air movers are placed right after cleaned), and Post Cleaning Inspection. Now does your carpet cleaner do ALL THAT? This is the level of cleaning that the carpet manufactures recommend. I've worked with few home service providers that are as competent and honest as Steve. We have two dogs (one is a puppy) and a cat and Steve came in and was very honest with us about our situation. He walked around with a blue light and showed us the exact locations of pet urine concentrations (we had too much). He gave us multiple options and laid out the pricing for each. He didn't push one solution, but let us decide what we wanted. We eventually chose a temporary solution while waiting for the puppy to get a little more training. He did a very professional job. He was on time and worked quickly. We will surely get Steve back here to do the more thorough cleaning and sanitizing. We recommended him to the in-laws and he did some amazing and unique work for them as well. - Feb 24, 2010 D.
